夾在西班牙和法國中間的微型國家，面積大概等於1.7個台北市，人口大約八萬。歷史上輪流受法國和西班牙統治，從十一世紀開始兩國便爭論安道爾的主權問題。最後雙方決定，安道爾同時由西班牙主教和法國總統共同擔任虛位元首，並稱為親王。安道爾於1993年實行外交自主化，已加入多個聯合國組織，但不是歐盟成員。境內高山峽谷遍布，是歐洲地勢最高的國家。旅遊業相當發達，也是知名的避稅天堂。

Andorra is a microstate nestled between Spain and France. Its territory is approximately the size of 1.7 the area of Taipei City and it has a population of about 80,000. Historically, France and Spain took turns ruling the state. Since the 11th century, the two countries have been arguing about the attribution of sovereignty over Andorra. Eventually, the two made an arrangement under which both the Spanish bishop of Urgell and the president of France serve as ceremonial heads of state or co-princes of Andorra. Since 1993, Andorra has had autonomy over its international diplomacy and has thus joined multiple UN organizations. Although it is not yet a member state of the European Union, its territory is extensively covered by mountains and valleys and it has the highest land elevation in Europe. Tourism is a booming industry in Andorra. It is also a well-known tax haven.
