16世紀曾遭荷蘭、英國入侵，大量迦納人被當作奴隸販賣，現在在迦納還可以看到相關壁畫。迦納棺材在國際上相當知名，各種造型皆可訂製。台灣紅極一時的黑人抬棺隊便來自迦納阿散蒂地區。

Ghana is the largest gold producer in Africa and enjoys the reputation of being the “Gold Coast.” Gold may bring wealth, but it also brings foreign influence. The environment has been seriously damaged, with the profits from Ghana’s natural gold resources almost exclusively going to the mining companies, thus not benefiting the majority of the people.

 Ghana was invaded by the Dutch and British in the 16th century. Many Ghanaians were sold as slaves. We can still see many related wall paintings in Ghana. The fantasy coffins of Ghana are famous around the world. They can be customized into all kinds of styles. The famous Dancing Pallbearers actually came from the Ashanti Region in Ghana.
