位於亞塞拜然境內，中文簡稱納卡或納卡共和國。原為亞塞拜然的一個自治州，但裡頭大多住著亞美尼亞人。1991年納卡州公投宣布從亞塞拜然獨立建國，引發第一次納卡戰爭。2020年第二次納卡戰爭後由俄羅斯維和部隊託管，但該國政府仍持續存在。目前沒有任何聯合國成員承認其主權，連亞美尼亞自己都不承認，僅有另外三個未經廣泛承認實體表示支持。境內大約有15萬人，人均GDP估計為11,000美元。該國居民大多仇視亞塞拜然。

Sitting within the borders of Azerbaijan, it is also known as Nagorno-Karabakh, or the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Originally an autonomous oblast or administrative region in Azerbaijan, the residents are mainly ethnic Armenians. Following a referendum in 1991, the Nagorno-Karabakh oblast declared its independence from Azerbaijan, which led to the first Nagorno-Karabakh War. In 2020, the area was placed under the control of Russian Peacekeeping Forces after the second Nagorno-Karabakh War, but the government still exists. It’s currently not recognized by any member of the United Nations, not even Armenia, and only supported by three other entities with limited recognition. Artsakh has a population of roughly 150,000 people and a GDP per capita of around 11,000 USD. The majority of its residents are hostile towards Azerbaijan.
